Services

Roofing

We cover all phases of roofing repair and new roofing: Re-roofs, new construction roofing, decking repair, modified bitumen, composition, architect, TPO, cedar shakes, tile, slate, and metal. We don't limit our services to only house roofs; we also service commercial buildings, carports, detached garages or storage buildings, and more.

We’re fully prepared to tackle even the most complex projects and stand by the exceptional quality of our work. Reroof bids are always free and all of our work comes with warranties that we proudly stand behind.

Ventilation

At Plunkett Roofing, we offer a variety of ventilation options to help fight the Southeast Texas summer heat. We install power fans, wind turbines, solar fans, and ridge vents. We also repair or replace ventilation systems that are currently installed. Call today and find out which option is best for your home or business.

Leak Repairs

At Plunkett Roofing, our customers are our number one priority and we go the extra mile to make sure they’re completely satisfied. We work hard to find the source of your leak and we don't leave until we are confident your problem has been solved. We repair leaks from vents, chimneys, improper shingle installation, debris, wind damage, and more.

Other Services

Roof Inspections: We provide residential and commercial inspections for home and business owners, potential buyers, realtors, or insurance purposes.

Tarping after storms: Don't let your damaged roof sit for too long. Tarping until repairs can be made will save you money in the long run.

If you are in need of service you don't see listed, give us a call! We may offer it, or we may be able to refer you to a local company who does.

Chimney Flashings

Lee is an expert at designing and installing chimney flashings. He does all chimney flashings himself. Most roofing companies install flashings that are functional but not necessarily esthetic. When Lee does the installation, your chimney will look neat, clean, and will complement your roof and chimney, instead of taking away from it.
